My name is Vickie and Zippo collectors may know me as one of the largest sellers of Zippo on eBay under the username navybrat22.
I decided over a year ago to place my image archive of Gil Elvgren pinup girls onto a website dedicated to "The Norman Rockwell of Pinup." My site is now one of the top sites in the world for viewing vintage Elvgren pinup girls. I've collected 95% of the images painted from his early years with Dow in the 1930s through images painted for Distler calendars in the 1970s. I'm still in search of images Elvgren did for various products/companies which showed up as advertisements in magazines in the 1940s & 1950s. Additionally, Elvgren created the images/advertisements for countless billboards selling products such as Coca Cola.
I also have an eBay business selling retired and discontinued Zippo lighters - all new in original packaging. Many thanks to the Qassia community for this wonderful opportunity to share my interest in vintage pinup art and Zippo collectibles.
